Blending Your Own Massage Oil

To 16 ounces of carrier oil (Turkey Red, Sweet Almond, Grapeseed, ect.) add approximately 1/4 oz essential oil(s). 
1/4 oz is about 300 drops or 15-20 drops per ounce. 

If using more than one essential oil adjust formula so that the total oils do not exceed 15-20 drops per ounce. 
Note: Carrier oils to may be mixed and matched.
